A: We can ship to both locations, however in order to receive shipment, you or a designated person must be present at the time of delivery, be 21 years of age or older, and have a form of valid ID. In many cases, it is easier to ship to a work address to insure timely delivery.

Q: Do you offer warm weather shipping options for wine?
A: Yes, Cellar Collections provides shipping solutions to accommodate weather circumstances to ensure the highest quality and care for your wine. We will store your wine at our warehouse until weather permits shipment, or you could take advantage of shipping on the Temperature Controlled “Wine Train” during summer months. Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: In most cases, once your order is received, it will be packaged and shipped within 72 hours. Weather Permitting. Package(s) will then arrive according to the shipping option that was purchased, i.e. ground, 3-day air, etc.

A: Yes! Simply contact us via email or phone to inquire about your desired wine. We will make an attempt to get your desired wine and get back to you in a timely manner regarding price and quantity, if available. It is our goal to be your “personal wine guy!”
