VINEYARD NOTES
Our Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir consistently delivers and is a flagship wine in
our portfolio. It is sourced from exceptional vineyards each year in the
revered Sonoma Coast AVA. In 2017, our winemaking duo of Katy Wilson
and Ross Cobb expertly blended select lots and clones from five respected
vineyards. It is a stunner year after year and always a beautiful expression
of the Sonoma Coast. The 2017 vintage was an excellent one— well balanced with moderate yields due to a heat spike later in the season. We
were very fortunate to have picked all of our fruit prior to the October 2017
North Bay Fires, so the widespread devastation did not affect our wines.
TASTING NOTES
Complex yet inviting notes of black tea, Santa Rosa plum and wild
blackberries meet the nose. Muddled cranberries, dried fruit and vanilla
grace a medium-textured palate. With lingering tannins on the finish, this
wine, as always, is truly age-worthy
