Two decades ago in the Tuscan hills south of Florence, Trudie Styler and Sting began the restoration of Il Palagio, a beautiful sixteenth-century villa with its own olive groves and vineyards. Careful nurturing of the vines over the last fifteen years has yielded grapes of exceptional quality.
