Crushed red berries, lavender, rose petal, spice, mint and blood orange are some of the many aromas and flavors that develop with a bit of coaxing. The Zio Tony is juicy and ripe, yet also medium-bodied in feel. In the end, that’s what impresses most – its balance. Give it a year or two in bottle to shed some of its tannic grip.
