Beautiful Earth is a white Rhone blend comprised of Grenache Blanc and Clairette Blanche grapes grown on the Westside of Paso Robles from Paper Street Vineyard.

Vinification

Whole cluster pressed. Cold fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in stainless steel and neutral 500L French oak barrels. The wine was bottled after 6 months.
