71% of the 2016 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from our Rock Arch cabernet block, the block that
produces our most intense wine, with penetrating flavors, inky blue-black color and a minutes-long finish. To
this powerhouse, we blend in 25% of our Carolyn’s vineyard cabernet, a ripe, floral and red-fruit driven wine
with an opulent mouthfeel. The finishing touch, as with the Reserve Claret, is just a hint of petit verdot for
balance and complexity
