Winemaker’s Tasting Notes

Rich and ripe blackberry, cherry and red currants with hints of cigar box and bay leaf. Lush and juicy on the palate with subtle hints of vanilla and cocoa powder. Integrated and smooth tannins make this a ready-to-drink-now Cabernet.

Label Story

These are our single varietal wines; uncorrupted and pure. The Rabble labels are renditions of historical wood block prints from the Nuremberg Chronicle (late 1400’s), textured and tactile, depicting nature’s wrath. Nature is ruthless when it goes ignored. This label illustrates Mount Vesuvius Erupting over Pompeii.
