“Between the Bayelle and Peyne Rivers, the Terrasses du Molinas is a truly idyllic landscape. If they had visited it the famous Impressionist painters would have been struck by its beauty. This special place has not only been a great source of inspiration for our painter Flipo but it is the ideal situation to grow grapes, allowing us to make elegant wines full of Languedoc character. This cuvee is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, with a nice volume in the mouth and a good balance; it is fresh, with lovely notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and walnuts. It will be a delight for your taste buds if you enjoy it on its own but you can also pair it with white meats, fish, or fruit desserts”.
