By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Cellar Collections is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Cellar Collections is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21 Cellar Collections will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law. All packages are required to have an Adult Signature in order to be delivered.
RETURN POLICY
At Cellar Collections, your satisfaction is very important to us. We are committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization, and does not include weekends or holidays.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by calling our toll free number, (888) 450-WINE, or by emailing us at sales@CellarCollections.com. Please have your invoice number ready to give the customer service representative over the phone, or reference your invoice number in your email. We would like the opportunity to correct the situation. Following wine-trade traditions, all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
It is unusual to receive a damaged product from Cellar Collections. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us by calling our toll free number, (888) 450-WINE, or by emailing us at sales@CellarCollections.com Please have your invoice number ready to give the customer service representative over the phone, or reference your invoice number in your email. We may require you to return any unopened bottles to us for quality control information and will determine this once contacted. At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.
DISSATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY/TASTE OF WINE RECEIVED
At Cellar Collections, we are proud to offer great values on the world's best wines. Our goal is to help you choose the wines that you will enjoy. To give you a balance of information, Cellar Collections displays ratings from several different well-noted publications. We also offer many product reviews and lists of our top sellers; all to assist you with your purchasing decisions.
While ratings, testimonials and reviews may influence your decision, the ultimate judgment is yours. Although we work toward providing you with as much information as possible to help you make a selection you will enjoy, we cannot guarantee that you will like the taste of every bottle of wine you select. However, in the event you do experience a problem with the quality/taste of a bottle, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and provide the details of your problem. If you would like to return an order for taste reasons, we will issue an account credit, less the original shipping and handling charges, and return shipping and handling charges.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Cellar Collections shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

No registration is required in order to use this website, though a user must create an account prior to completing any purchase. Users are required to provide their name, date of birth, email address, zip code, and a password of 5-16 characters in length.
