THE Cab is ruby red in the glass with sultry aromas of jammy blackberry, currant, vanilla, and cinnamon. The luxuriously rich palate reveals dark cherries, coffee, and cedar spice with fine tannins and a mouth-coating finish.

Pair THE Cab with grilled meats, braises or stews; hearty fare that can stand up to a youthful Cabernet.
Winemaking Notes
In general, 2019 was a later harvest with light to average yields compared to recent years but showing high quality. A cool Spring was followed by a moderate Summer. A heat spike in mid-August kicked off harvest and most all of the Cabernet was picked before September’s end. A great wine on its own or with your favorite red wine friendly cuisine—enjoy now or over the next three years.
