“The 2019 il Campo Bianco is a blend of 72% Falanghina and 28% Pinot Grigio. It has very pretty aromas of beeswax, baklava and saline with loads of floral character and a core of white peaches. The palate is light-bodied and textural with lots of juiciness and uplift, finishing uncomplicated and fresh. This will show best with food and will be extremely versatile in terms of pairings.”
