Wine Notes
Because each wine is named after a number that holds a deep significance for JCB (the collection’s creator and namesake), it also is significant for the actual wine. Here, it’s a true testament to where he was born and raised, Burgundy’s famous Côte d’Or, which translates to the Gold Coast. No. 21 honors this connection and heritage because the #21 is the French government’s “Department” number for the Côte d’Or.

This wine itself is delicate, rich, and wonderfully effervescent. Right away notes of biscuits, honey, vanilla, and brioche are cause for celebration. Crisp and racy, it has a sultry appeal and finishes with a touch of creaminess. It’s “very clean, delicate and refreshing and sure to impress even the most discerning of palates.”

Inside Fact: The three words that JCB uses to describe this wine are radiant, mysterious, luminous.

Tasting Notes
“Pale, shiny yellow. A fresh, fruity nose with almond and white flower aromas. A full, generous mouth. Lovely harmony between freshness and fruit.”

Food Pairing Notes
“Sparkling that Enthusiast and our Sommeliers agree is destined for food, it’s perfect with Artisan cheeses, Asian Dumplings, sushi and rolls, smoked salmon and charcuterie.”
