Harvested late in the growing season to ensure optimum ripeness and aged in 70% new French oak, this red offers mouth-coating flavors of cherry pie, rhubarb, hibiscus tea, and holiday spices. This wine can be enjoyed now with dishes like grilled salmon, roast chicken, and glazed ham, but it also has the potential to age for another three to five years.”
